Before launching Bloom & Co, I spent several years working for a French catering, accompanying nearly a hundred couples each year
There, I learned to master every part of a wedding’s rhythm — from timing and coordination to menu creation, food and wine pairing, and the flow of speeches and service.

Based in Bordeaux, I work with couples from all over the world who dream of celebrating their love à la française.
